Hi there!

A Bit About Me

Sulia was born and raised in Minneapolis and continues to be proud to be a part of the large Twin Cities theater community and the artist-activist neighborhood of Powderhorn Park. From watching musicals with her mom to first seeing her brother perform in his middle school productions, Sulia has been a longtime theater lover. She began her professional career performing at the Guthrie Theater's Dowling Studio in Frank Theater's production of By the Bog of Cats in 2009. Since those productions as a teen, Sulia has always loved performing for young audiences, particularly by engaging with her own identity as a young Jewish woman. From 2015-2021 she performed as Anne Frank in the Wall Street Journal acclaimed production of The Diary of Anne Frank for over 150,000 students. Since her start in 2007, Sulia has performed on nearly every stage in the Twin Cities. Learn more about her 15+ years of professional acting work here.
